To achieve this, our early proposals for the site include:
Approximately 160 thoughtfully designed, high-quality homes, including a mix of 1, 2, and 3 storey homes built to be energy efficient and future-ready
Around 50% affordable homes for local families, helping to meet housing need in the area, with affordable homes integrated throughout the development and designed to be tenure blind
Generous landscaped green spaces for relaxation, recreation and everyday enjoyment
A new children’s play area
Safe walking and cycling routes to encourage active travel and better connections
Sustainable wildlife-friendly drainage features, helping manage water naturally across the site
At least a 10% increase in biodiversity, enhancing habitats and supporting local wildlife
Two points of vehicle access from Vicarage Road and pedestrian access from Kenyngton Drive to keep everyone moving safely throughout the area
Parking provision in line with relevant standards
