Riverdale Developments is bringing forward new proposals for around 160 new homes, including 50% affordable housing and green open spaces at Land East of Vicarage Road, Sunbury. 

The site was previously granted planning permission, under a different landowner, for a housing-led development that included 28 close care rooms, 136 extra care rooms, and a 60-bed care home. This confirms that the site is, in principle, suitable for development.

Riverdale has carefully reviewed the site and local housing needs and the focus of the proposals is now on providing much-needed new homes, half of which will be affordable housing for local families, in a sustainable and well-connected location.
